First time dealing with Bytek, Last October I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Dilhan, He was very friendly and professional, after I described to him what I was looking to do he quickly got me to test drive a vehicle and had my vehicle for trade in appraised while we were out on the test drive. After returning to the dealer ship we got riqht to the numbers and were able to make a deal soon after. I can say that my experience with Dilhan was great, there were no pressure tactics and all my questions were answered without delay so that I can make an informed deceison.

This is my first ever experience looking for a car. JD was extremely professional, no pressure at all, and was very helpful with all the questions a first time car buyer has. Even though he knew I was not ready to buy that day, he still was more then willing to test drive multiple vehicles to get me familiar with the VW brand. I did not end up purchasing a car here, but I cannot recommend JD enough as he was THE MOST professional car salesman I have ever come across. When the time comes for my second purchase, Bytek will be my first stop, with the hope the JD is still working there.
