This is my first ever experience looking for a car. JD was extremely professional, no pressure at all, and was very helpful with all the questions a first time car buyer has. Even though he knew I was not ready to buy that day, he still was more then willing to test drive multiple vehicles to get me familiar with the VW brand. I did not end up purchasing a car here, but I cannot recommend JD enough as he was THE MOST professional car salesman I have ever come across. When the time comes for my second purchase, Bytek will be my first stop, with the hope the JD is still working there.

We went into Bytek today to get an update on the TDI buy-back/trade-in options. Romy Le Guen was very helpful - we never felt rushed or pressured. We are waiting for the settlement to be finalized to make a decision on our replacement car.
