Worst ever customer service provided by Mr. Sudhakar (General Manager). They just deal with their clients until a sale is completed. They are least accountable post sales. I was promised a referral cheque and its been already 3 months but there has been no response from their team yet. On top of this, they get super-rude and arrogant when you follow up. I would never recommend this dealership.

Lied to me that a vehicle was sold. I asked them if the pending deal got canceled but no call. Eventually saw it online again and was told the vehicle was sold 2 days ago, this was 2 weeks after I visited the dealership.

Mr. Vaibhav was our sales representative and he was very polite patient and thoughtful in the whole process of us buying a car. I would suggest autoplanet always… as they have good quality cars and very good service. I bought a Rav4 from these guys and I have no issues so far
