Looked at a vehicle, was told it was sold. I told them to call me if it became available since I was the first person interested after the vehicle was sold. Noticed the car for sale still after 2 weeks. I called and was told it was sold 2 days ago. Not a place I would trust to purchase a vehicle. Incredibly disappointed.

Very unproffessional behaviour for the sales team. There were some patch works required in my car when i bought it and was promised that they were going to get fixed when the paint arrives and they were supposed to give a call for the same, but never heared from anyone at autoplanet since purchase. Will not recommend this place....

Yash is a great salesperson. However, the finance guy, Shan, will try to sell you unnecessary insurance along with the financing, claiming it's a package deal. In reality, the financing should only cover your car without including the unnecessary insurances. My advice is to decline any insurance offers while financing from there. Otherwise, you will end up paying a significant amount for something you don't need, wasting your hard-earned money. I am extremely dissatisfied with the financing due to the inclusion of unnecessary insurances. Despite making a $25,000 down payment, the highlander bronze ended up costing me over $105,000 after financing. :( This was my first experience with financing in Canada, and it appears that their main concern is their own commissions rather than the customer's satisfaction.

just bought my first car yesterday with the help of Mr. Sandeep, literally the best sales person i have met in my years in canada. He did so many efforts and went through a lot of options of cars for me, the experience was truely amazing. Really not just saying it for the review but thank you so much.And also a big thank you to Mr. Navaan (financial advisor) for all the help in finances. I would recommend these both whoever is going next, ask for these gyz and book your appointments. 😌😁😁
