"Once VW, always VW" - thumbs up Bytek!! This is my second time leasing from Bytek and third experience - since 2008. I have to say that once again I'm impressed how the customer service keeps improving year after year. Bytek valued my feedback from day one back in 2013. The car I leased was quite weak in performance and 4 years later, Bytek (Kris P. and Andrew Crowe) promised me that they would get me into something that would better suit my needs and they did. Honestly, I'd take many pages to write about my positive experience just 2 days ago. OK- to make my review short, I say you should visit Bytek, it's worth it (if no one approaches you, go approach them lol!!) they respected my budget, offered me less than expected, I did not feel pressured to accept the "add-ons" so to say... A quick review on how to operate the new functions in the vehicle was provided to me, JD took the time I needed and answered my Q.s when finalizing the deal, even hearing my constructive criticism (much appreciated). Let me thank Rebecca N., Lesley D., David V. : this was definitely a win-win transaction. No wonder I'm giving you 5 stars and please keep it up.To Kris Peshev & the entire team, I'm loving "dass auto" Wolfsburg Edition. Merci beaucoup Bytek!

What a great experience. Dilhan is knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. I sent my sister to see him right after I got my Tiguan and she is now a proud owner of one also. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Customer service at its best!

I went to test drive some vehicles, Dilhan Mendis was amazing and able to answer all of my questions, when I took the cars for test drive, he appreciated that I wanted to test the car in the way I commute to work. What a pleasant experience, Thanks Dhilhan.

I bought my new SportsWagon at Bytek and got a good discount there. I dealt with Dilhan Mendis there. He was professional, transparent and did not push a bit. We did end up taking the quote with us and shopping around, but eventually went back to Bytek. I am pleased for the fact that the whole process was pretty quick, hassle/gimmick free and we got the car we wanted.
