For the first time in a long time I was shopping for a new car. I visited a couple of dealerships in which I received condescending salesmanship to "the little lady buying a new car" or "you should buy a blue one, it matches your eyes" (I know, it astounded me too!). My son-in-law then referred me to Alex Grigorescu at Bytek VW. Alex was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived he was courteous, answered all of my questions no matter how trivial, had a great deal of patience and sense of humour during the test drive, and when it came to decision time made certain that I was absolutely happy about my purchase before signing the dotted line. Since owning the car he has followed up to ensure I am happy with my purchase (btw I love my Golf!), and sent me a Christmas and birthday card! I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a Volkswagen and to Alex for an amazing no pressure sales experience!

Had a great experience. I just walked in and was greeted by Romy. We chatted for a few minutes and she got me in a Golf R for a test drive. Great car and great salesmanship.

Alex was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. He was very thorough and explained all the options available to me - we had a good test drive and overall excellent experience! He really convinced me that VW as my best option :)

I bought a 2016 Jetta Trendline+ with connectivity. Love my new car. Loved the service offered by one of the sales reps, Alex Grigorescu. He wasn't too pushy and understood my needs. I was upfront with him and told him I was only browsing. I then decided to go back and have a second look. I then sat down with Alex and he got me the best deal! The service department is also above par. I have no complaints with this dealership.

I have been shopping for a new vehicle for a few weeks that found the experience at Bytek to be extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend checking out Bytek to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are professional, not pushy, and listened to what I was looking for. Andrew Q was the representative who helped me, and he did a great job.
