The sales experience at Bytek has been great so far. I've been dealing with Alex Grigorescu for the last few months as the VW diesel thing is working it's way though the courts. I've test driving a few cars with him and talked pricing ... once things gets resolved looking forward to getting a VW.

I was very satisfied with the sale advice I was given by Alex Grigorescu at Bytek VW. He was polite very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodated all my requests. Alex obviously really enjoys his job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a VW.

I had a great experience at Bytek. Romy Leguen did a fine job providing quotes, options, testdrives and then following up. All without making me feel pressured. I hope to be back very soon to finalize a deal.

We dealt with Mr. Andrew Quadling at Bytek who was so gentle, kind and knowledgeable! What struck me the most in dealing with Andrew, is that despite the fact that he took us for a drive test and worked with us for many different quotes for a new car, I had decided to buy a used one from a different dealer who gave us a very good deal, Andrew was able to stay gentle and so professional in dealing with me! I recommend highly Mr. Andrew Quadling if you are considering to buy or lease a vw! Ahmed.

They told me I needed to change the dsg fluid in my car with a traditional automatic but aside from that, the parts dept isn't bad, sales folk seem alright. Can't remember her name but the one who seems like she's running the show in the service dept is good, knows what she's doing.

The staff here, including the sales consultant JD Brown and the sales manager, made my car buying experience one of the easiest and most pleasurable I've ever experienced. The process, from test drive through price discussion to closing was very casual, easy and laid back. Other car brands and dealers I've dealt with in the past made the negotiation process annoying and awkward. These guys delivered on every level!
