I have been shopping for a new vehicle for a few weeks that found the experience at Bytek to be extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend checking out Bytek to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are professional, not pushy, and listened to what I was looking for. Andrew Q was the representative who helped me, and he did a great job.

We had a great experience at Bytek! Alex was very attentive and found us a great used Tiguan (and saved us from getting a similar model but with a bit more wear). We arw very happy with our purchase and will definitely consider returning when we need a new car.

I recently purchased a new golf from your dealership dealing wih Alex Grigorescu. I have to admit I was completely surprised wih the professionalism with this you man. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and he is by far the best I have dealt with in my years in Ottawa. So much so that I am changing my service delearship to Burke which is farther away as I normally dealt wih hunt club previously. Excellent experience and I recommend Bytel to everyone in search of a new/used VW.

Bytek VW is Ottawa's real deal VW store! I've been driving VW's for almost 25 years, We ordered a 2017 Golf Alltrack Sportwagen, and really enjoyed dealing online with internet sales manager Andrew Quadling! All of our specific and high expectations were perfectly achieved! Derrick Francoeur was great too! most definitely good to chat to a fellow brand enthusiast! All in all, It was refreshing to deal with best and most knowledgeable VW dealer in the area!
