Our 2009 Jetta decided to take intermittent breaks while we tried to drive places. Totally weird. Engine ran but there were these disconnects from the transmission. Had the car tow from the country to Bytek in desperation. It was a one hour tow. VW Road Side Service agreed to do it because Bytek was the only VW Service of the four we had tried that looked after us properly. And their caring and skill unfolded. The mechanics were unsure what the problem was. With our consent they went the extra twenty miles and drove it home more than one night that week. They could not duplicate the problem...but their extraordinary Shop Chief had an idea. He diagnosed it correctly the computer chip for the transmissions was going; they held off doing the fix for several months. We were not anxious because they had won our confidence. Finally they had to replace the computer part. They were eager, honest, dedicated and genuinely caring about us and about our car. It was an extraordinary experience for us. We had become so fed up with other dealer service departments that we were ready to dump the car and never again expect any after warranty care. This was over two years ago. Our km reading past 250,000 km this last week. I hope this story helps re-pay in part our debt for the caring we received from Bytek Service . Very special thanks to Rawad the Service Manager who orchestrate this save and Paul whose skills and calmness saw us through this event so that we can now write about it with a bit of humour. Thanks to Bytek Management for having an environment which allows the Service Department to function as one hopes.

I'm from out of town and was in Ottawa on a Saturday, I was having DEF problems with my TDI. Amanda and Tech Tony went out of their way to get me back on the road within an hour so I could make it home safely, very impressed with the service I got

I had a great car purchase experienced at Bytek with David Vaughn. I wanted a specific model, color and option package. It was not on the lot and he found it. Unlike the other dealers visited, he did not try to stear me towards a car on their lot. Regarding the price, he was the only one to disclose the hidden VW incentives. I was positively shocked by the price difference. I saved several thousands! One last thing: he answers emails on Sunday! I recommend his no-nonsense approach.

Myself and my wife Wafaa Sheldan have been dealing with VW bytes for the last 5 years. Our golf and Toureg were given the best of care and qualified services I never experience with any other service Centers before. Accordingly, I decided not to change the VW model in future to keep myself in touch with theses professional technicians especially Tony. Soliman Elkhouli

Walked into Bytek with the goal to look at VW cars, met David Vaughn and we walked out owning a new 2015 VW Passat! Extremely happy with the entire process. From the estimation of my trade in through the test drives, David answered every one of our questions and put us at ease with the process at hand. Best dealer (not just VW) experience I've ever had.

I gave Bytek a challenge of working out a deal for my new Passat and they were successful. In the past I have dealt with Kingston VW but because of my job transfer to Ottawa I was hoping to change dealerships for service reasons and they did great
