I reached out after hours for a bit of information on a Golf R... I did so with relatively low expectations..but writhin 5 mins, David contacted me with relevant insight... Frankly, this was quite unexpected, and that alone convinced me that this was the type of relationship I could value.. A few days later, I met David at the dealership and concluded the transaction in the most professional and expeditious way one could imagine.. David was knowledgeable direct and frank, and we quickly concluded an agreement. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with David and the Bytek Team.

The best service I ever had

I've been servicing my cars (4 Volkwagons over a number of years) at Bytek for 14 years now and I've always received fast and high quality service. Whenever I have any questions about my vehicles or repairs, my service advisor (Rawad) has been easy to reach and always had helpful advice. I bought 2 new cars here and if I need to buy another car I will definitely be returning here!

We had a great experience at Bytek with our salesperson Derrik. Most salesmen we encountered at other dealerships during our car search were constantly hovering around us and trying to actively sell us the car at every turn. Derrik on the other hand let us take our time exploring the car without any pressure. When we had questions he proved to be extremely knowledgeable and seemed genuinely more concerned about helping us make a good decision vs. just trying to get a sale.

Thank you for your feedback, Jon! We do tend to offer a more relaxed atmosphere than most dealerships, and it is a fine balance between giving a client some space, and being available when the client has questions. We're glad that Derrik was able to provide this balance for you.

I had my car written off by my insurance company. I bought from Bytek before so I wanted to go back to them. Brett was very understanding and helped us look at all of our different options to get a new Volkswagen, and made sure we understood all of the monthly programs that applied. Andy helped us to keep our rental and was able to help us get a good deal as loyal customers. We will always recommend Bytek to our friends and family!

Dilhan was prepared with the product I wanted to look at and review immediately on my arrival at Bytek. He was very thorough in explaining the functions of the 2016 Jetta. The finance department was very good at explaining the options for continued protection on the vehicle. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, Dilhan ensured every function of the car was reviewed and thoroughly explained the service and parts departments to me. Before driving off the lot, Dilhan went over all of the controls in the car and assisted in setting up the link between my phone and the vehicle. I drove off the lot feeling valued as a customer.
