Very poor customer service in the service department. All I needed was a code to get my radio working because I changed my battery and the person I was talking to on the phone, "Diego", insisted that I needed to bring my car in so they could charge me a half hour of labour to enter a 4-digit code into my radio because it's an anti-theft code. I think that's just laziness because I called another VW dealer and there was no problem getting the code. It's just a radio, not the keys to fork knox. If you work in a service department and deal with customers you should be more personable and willing to help. Will never deal with their service dept again.

Hi Scott, and so sorry about your experience! Unfortunately, the actual radio code is obtained from a serial number on the back on the radio, and it has to be physically removed to obtain this number. What likely happened is that the other dealer that you called was the original selling dealer, and had this serial number (code) already on file. I'm glad that you got the radio working again!

Knowledgeable sales staff, factual, Kris was polite, courteous, and it was good negotiating with him. He arranged for the additional items, had all the paperwork ready on time, it was a very pleasant car buying experience

Every time we have stopped in we never got any services in facts the staff look at us from the window and never came out. It was odd.

Hey how much enjoyment are you suppose have when fixing or maintaining your high end vehicle? Very little. So I could go to any garage or dealership and get my lovely 2015 Tiguan serviced. I choose to go to Bytek because I always get top notch service and the mechanics (Rob in particular) even try to save you money...how great is that. I'm sure that managers Andy Crowe and Greg Taylor would agree that I am a somewhat demanding client. I come from the service industry and notice everything. I have to say that both Greg and Andy exceed my expectations every visit. They and their staff (Peshez the Eastern European salesman is great) make me feel at home and always show me recognition with a smile. Plus they make me laugh...Doesn't get much better than that...

I really enjoy my new Volkswagen! It's exactly what I wanted out of a vehicle in terms of looks and features. There were a few thing that were not to my liking upon delivery, however. The car had a small dent that went unnoticed and my window tint had bubbling. I brought the car back, and Atilla reassured me the bubbling should disappear within a week or two(as the tint was fresh), and it did. In regards to the dent, the team at Bytek replaced the entire door which was dented, hassle free, satisfying me completely.
