Recently had my oil change/inspection, all went well I was kept up to date with what was happening as one of the upgrades (that was a recall) was taking longer than expected. It was nice to know that they were still working on it but that it was taking longer...

Although there were issues more than five years ago, recent service including major roof work on the sunroof, frame and windshield, that Outaouais could not remedy, Bytec did an outstanding job! I get a CC and a GTI serviced there regularly and from the front desk people and the rest of Service, they always carry out a very good, through job in my opinion. I'm very picky on what's done on my family cars and they are consistently as good as anyone or better in the city. Jacques and Casey

I was happy with the service provided for my tire change, and appreciated extra service of the car getting washed. However, I had also asked for a quick check of some cracking I'd noticed on the front logo of my Tiguan (just bought 5 months ago from Bytek). When I picked up, there was no mention of this at all, and when I checked my bill after, it mentioned two areas of damage "due to accident". I have never been in an accident with my vehicle. If there is damage, it occured prior to my purchase, so I was sorry this wasn't addressed verbally when I picked up. I won't be coming back to Bytek, mostly because it's not convenient for me, but I was left with disappointment that the damage to my vehicle was put back on me and not discussed, or offered options.
