Consultation for informations to evaluate for my needs. Disponibility even in the evening or WE. Easey arrangement for financial advises and organisations. Service was courtois and friendly. The salesman was very . pleasant and knew his business and his cars.

David Vaughan has given me excellent service through the last two cars I've purchased. I always recommend that people go see him when i hear someone is looking to buy a car. I can rely on him for reasonable pricing and no fuss or hassle. His outreach and communication is proactive and exceptional. For example, one time he saw on my file that i had come in to repair a scratch on the car and called me to ask if everything was ok. He also had the cost of the repair covered by Bytek without me even asking. He has essentially guaranteed that i will be a vw driver for life.

Shopping for a car is finally pleasant due to the wonderful services of Andrew Quadling. I have dealt with him over several years and several cars. He is knowledgable, competent, very attentive and can conduct all our business in French, which I find much easier and pleasant. The after sale service is also remarkable. It is not only easy and fast to get an appointment, but I found I could easily walk in the Body Shop to obtain advice or to have someone take a quick look at a problem. The times I have used the shuttle service, Ifound it very agreeable: no loud music, discreet and courteous driver. Will certainly continue doing business with VWBytek again, and recommend it.

My clock wasn't working so when we dropped in to see if it could be fixed or shown how to adjust the time, a service fellow came out and fixed it for us ASAP.....that was with out an appointment.. By the way, the manual that comes with the car is written up wrong on how to change your time.......thus why we couldn't adjust the clock time. So the manual needs to be changed or up-dated if you are buying new.

After considerable research, I bought a 2015 VW Gold TDI (Highline package) at Bytek. I arranged to purchase the car several months before they began shipping to Canada, so I wanted to deal with a sales person who "knew his/her stuff" about VWs, in particular the new Golf. This was to be my return to VW, having owned and run a Gen 1 1978 Rabbit for 10 years. On a friend's recommendation, I hooked up with David Vaughan, and was glad I did. He shares my enthusiasm for cars, in particular VWs, and over the course of the purchasing and delivery process, he provided very knowledgeable and professional advice. I don't remember the name of the person in the finance/sales office, but she was great as well, and explained all the ins and outs of different financing and care options very professionally (not pushy) The car was worked out to meet my expectations, and the sales pitches, completely. Love it! Slick, very fuel-efficient, quick off the line, quiet, comfortable, practical. BTW, service has been excellent as well, although only one regular maintenance needed to-date.
