After considerable research, I bought a 2015 VW Gold TDI (Highline package) at Bytek. I arranged to purchase the car several months before they began shipping to Canada, so I wanted to deal with a sales person who "knew his/her stuff" about VWs, in particular the new Golf. This was to be my return to VW, having owned and run a Gen 1 1978 Rabbit for 10 years. On a friend's recommendation, I hooked up with David Vaughan, and was glad I did. He shares my enthusiasm for cars, in particular VWs, and over the course of the purchasing and delivery process, he provided very knowledgeable and professional advice. The car was worked out to meet my expectations, and the sales pitches, completely. Love it! BTW, service has been excellent as well, although only one regular maintenance needed to-date.

Customer service was rude and nonexistent

When calling customer support was rude. My car was not ready on time and was never told it was hoing tobe delayed. Never gave me my extra key and was a hassle to get. Its like as soon as you give them your money they don't care and rude.
