My name is Mark, I myself am a licensed mechanic, so I am picky about my next vehicle, It is going to be a mid size pickup truck, after comparing different makes and models, I decided I want a Chevy Colorado. I located the nearest Chevy dealer and Benny has a lot of good reviews so I went to him. Benny gave me a good trade in valve and a VERY GOOD discount on the truck. Unfortunately, there are some personal situations changing including a new born baby, I have to give up the truck and accept a mini van. I backed out on the truck and located a mini van at another dealer under Leggat group. As an insider in the automotive trade, I know it is very annoying and frustrating that a customer cancels a deal which is prioritized to order for him. But, Benny and his manager Joe, they are very patient, professional,and understanding what the customer needs and put customers satisfaction in the first place. Just after 1 day I called Benny about the mini van, he managed to transfer the van into his dealer and he FIGHT the other dealer over the van for me. In the end, I want to thank Benny and his manager Joe, they are VERY GOOD problem solvers, target achievers, and situation handlers. Thank you again for the great service. Keep it up.

Made a deal on a used EV ,and sent a deposit to Ben . Unfortunately for some unforeseen reason I had to back out of of the deal at the last minute . Despite this set back , my deposit was fully refunded even though they had started the prepping for delivery for my future car . Price negotiations were also more than fair with sales staff . Ben’s knowledge of the car business also was impressive. I Definitely recommend this dealer .👌
