The after sales is very poor. They're dishonest. I bought a CRV 2020 in August, and in November, I took it to Honda for bumper repair (it came scratched) and to fix dashboard lights that had turned on. The car was under a 3-month warranty. They didn't fix the dashboard lights (there's nothing in their records), and the lights turned on again after the warranty period. I took the car back there, and now they don't want to fix it because the warranty period has passed. Now they’re charging me $ 1500 for it. They're terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went through Matthew C. when it came to deciding which vehicle I wanted, he was professional, friendly, as well as honest with me when it came to cost for new and used. He explained my finance options clearly, as well as gave me information on add-ons for the vehicle and their cost. Highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle goes through Matthew. When it came to paper signage as well as payment, Alex W. was who I dealt with. He was friendly, and has a good sense of humour. Alex made sure to go over all the paperwork with me and made sure I understood what I was signing. Big thanks to both guys for getting me in my brand new vehicle!

I found the vehicle I was looking for on an add from Kijiji shared by Moncton Honda. I was able to book an appointment within a few hours of making a phone call. I test drove the vehicle and discussed trade in possibilities with Julio Contreras. He was very friendly, patient and easy to work with. I was also helped by Neil when it came to financing and insurance. Neil was also very friendly. I had a good experience today making this deal. I felt comfortable and safe while working with these two fine gentlemen. I highly recommend shopping at Moncton Honda. Thank you to both of you for a great experience in purchasing my new vehicle.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Alex and Matt. Alex was very quick at getting everything approved and the paperwork done. Would recommend Moncton Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I was looking for a another vehicle and came across Moncton Honda where I was looked after by Matt Carter and Alex Worden, These guys impressed me so much that I went back 2 weeks later and bought another one. Any questions or issues I had along the way with Financing questions Alex made sure that I had all the answers. Outstanding results I could not be happier thank you fellas, I bought a 2019 Acura RDX and a 2020 Honda CRV.
