After dealing with their service team would not recommend I felt belittled and unheard by their mechanics when bringing my husband vehicle in for him because I’m the wife didn’t feel like they took me seriously

I have never been so disrespected in my life, the way I was spoke to by their mechanics when you ask a question about what your paying for, they expect you to blindly pay for whatever they tell you no questions asked. For a customer that has spent what I have on a truck if I could have put no stars I would’ve for the customer service that I have experienced at this location alone but the minimum one star is required. I would not recommend Moncton Honda to anyone. drive the extra kilometres to go to ANY other Honda if your heart is set on a Honda… went in to get my safety for a 2020 vehicle turned into maintenance on my truck and they soaked me absolutely soaked me $45 turned into $1200 for fluids… I’ve kept up with all my maintenance to keep the extended power train warranty that I paid $7000 extra when I purchased the truck the truck off the line and has 60k on it and the amount of money in fluids would make you sick and to have the customer experience I had do yourself a favour and save yourself the headache don’t buy from Moncton Honda I’ve always had a Honda for my vehicle but after moving and changing locations I will be trading my vehicle in for anything but a Honda love the truck but the customer service here not worth paying the premium

Hi Jordan, Your review comes as a surprise as we reviewed the tapes of your interaction with our advisor all services were explained clearly and agreed upon before performing any service on your vehicle. You had two different visits, the first visit was $390.58 and included a Safety Inspection, Oil Change, Brake Fluid Replacement and Rear Differential Fluid replacement. You returned for your Safety Inspection sticker as it had failed for having Window Tint, required rear brakes and the brake pads being low. When you returned you requested to have the Transmission Fluid done at the same time as it was recommended by Manufacturer Intervals the total was $602.55. These prices are set by the Manufacturer not the dealer and the services were clearly explained and why they should be performed, all being optional at the choice of the consumer. These same fluids had been recommended to you during your visit in March of 2023. We are sorry to hear you were so unhappy with your experience with us as there was not any indication to us while in you were unhappy. If you'd like to speak with us further you can reach out to our Service Manager benk@monctonhonda.com to discuss any other comments you may have. As for the price of your Extended Warranty the 6yr 100,000km Warranty on the vehicle MSRP through Honda Canada is $2128.00 plus taxes if you were charged more than that you should discuss with the dealer who sold you the warranty as it is a fixed price by Honda.

Best Honda dealership I have ever been to. I am from the states and they need to learn a thing or two from this Canadian Honda dealership. I was just passing through and needed to get a faulty wiper blade looked at. I had no appointment and they were able to see my car and get me back on the road very quick. Their waiting area is spectacular and the owner or someone has a fantastic collection of Honda racing memorabilia.

Just purchased a used vehicle through Matt Makischuk. Process was simple, Matt was very communicative, and he was able to assure me of my purchase despite some concerns. The vehicle is in great shape, and I think I got a great deal as well. Christine in Finance was also great during the process. Highly recommend!
