I found John to be very friendly yet very knowledgeable and professional...an enjoyable experience.

It was an eight o'clock appointment- service staff was already organized. We went for a morning walk and Pilot was ready at the time estimated. when we returned. - sales staff friendly and knowledge answering questions about newer model- a relaxing experience!!

Had my car cleaned.Service guys were great.Jessy ,who cleaned my car did a great job. I have had him these past two years and will ask for him again.My car is really clean and I really like his work.

Friendly staff working the service desk

Friendly staff I drop car off for oil change in the morning , i can then either walk to work or take the shuttle if the weather is not nice and I pick it up after work. Very convenient for me

Switching my business to Amherst Honda

Chris gave me great service, but the shop never seem to find the real problems when you ask them to, but it's very convenient to find the problem slightly after the manufacturer warranty is done. It's been a ongoing problem that was also conveniently written on the work order at the time of the oil change, but not in the records. Had to bring the car at Goguen Tire to find part of the problem. Many other issues, but I need to go any further or argue about it, I'm done with Moncton Honda.

John Gallacher is a fantastic salesmen, I have already bought 2 cars from him! One of very few in the city who you actually feel you can trust and will work with you to meet all your needs for car wants and budget needs. Very customer focus, not-pushy, very easy to deal with and really goes the extra mile. Every time I arrived at the dealership John had everything lined up and ready to go and made you feel like his most important customer. I highly recommend coming to Honda and asking for John - A choice you will not regret.
