Great customer experience with Norman as always.

Norman was very helpful, I had a basic idea what I wanted and he helped with the details to confirm what was the best way of achieving that goal. This was the 3rd car purchase from Norman and I expect there will be more in the coming years.

It started with a test-drive before which Jason introduced me to the car and its features. Once, I decided to go ahead with the purchase, details were ironed out quickly. Jason explained the options available, did not push too much for one or the other option and made sure I understood the terms, Met with finance, sealed the deal, toured the service department so I'll be at ease when I bring in my car for the first time, received a thorough tour of the car and off I went!

We received great service. All of our questions were answered promptly. Paul was very respectful of our needs. He went over the details and also helped us set up some of the "technical gadgets" of the new vehicle. I would highly recommend Paul and Moncton Honda to friends and family.
