Real is very helpful and explains everything clearly so there are no surprises. He always keeps you up to date on what needs to be done to your vehicle.

Good service, too expensive!

I received good service, I wanted to change my tires from winter to summer, with the rotation and all the little things, it was over$300, I find that very expensive? They also should tell us wether we need a new sticker .

Excellent service whenever I go and have my car serviced. I always have my oil changes, buy my tires in summer and winter. The staff always provide complete information that I need to know about what is required to do the servicing.

My son and I were in the market for a car so we felt he should do the research and communicate with the sales person as a good life-learning experience. Matt Carter was friendly, respectful, and informative with regards to the Honda Civic which we did purchase. We feel that we paid a fair price for the vehicle and that we were able to have the color and a few extras that we wanted. Matt was able to further explain features of the car with regards to cell phone, music, etc. which makes it safe to drive. Awesome car! Thanks Matt!

Tire change took 2 hrs and 40 minutes. I understand that it was a busy day but if the service was going to be longer than the 1 1/2 hrs promised I should have been advised

Dropped car off to remove winter tires, 4 point check completed with oil change, the service is fast & efficient and the service counter personnel is respectful towards woman (no undermining due to gender). Enjoy having my cars full history in the system , appreciate being asked before extra expenses are required with a quick & efficient call. Great overall 'bringing my car to the shop' experience :)
