At Honda Moncton, when you walk in through the main door, there is a quote above that main door from inside, "through these doors the most important people in the world walk in....our customers." They, everyone at Honda Moncton, mean it and act like it. I only believe in attitude, have always been and will always be. I walked in as a confused customer and walked out with not only a car but also a group of friends and family. Thanks Honda Moncton.

Being a woman I was treated respectfully. All the questions I asked were answered promptly. Michel knows everything there is to know about my new Honda Civic and he never hesitated for a minute to answer to my needs. He made me feel at ease to ask all I wanted to know. Friendly service and clear explaination of features

We visited 3 different times during our search for a new car explaining each time that we were comparing different makes and models and reducing our list of potential vehicles after each visit. Our sales rep respected our method and at no time did he pressure us. All our questions were answered clearly and we were given the chance to test drive a vehicle as much as we needed. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, all the options were explained to us including the final price and also the payment schedule before we went to see the finance person. This way, the final portion was very quick with no surprises. This final portion was very different than what we experienced with the purchase of our previous vehicle at a different dealership.
