I've never had such a horrible experience in my 25 yrs of owning a car. Got my car back after they diagnosed an electric issue under warranty and the car worked worse than when I brought it in. I tried to explain my horrible customer service with the service manager and was told I could take the car somewhere else. Hows that for service.....thank you Moncton Honda 👎👎 brutal

Hi Todd, We spoke with the service department about your experience. Our understanding is that you came in for an Insurance repair, to which your insurance company requested we confirm some additional issues you reported with the vehicle prior to proceeding with the repair. You had ordered your own parts in (grill and headlight) and unfortunately the approval did not come in to complete the repair as we had to first confirm the additional repairs needed and to order the parts as per your insurance companies request. Your insurance had sent us a revised estimate to which we confirmed the extra issues you had brought up to them and they instructed we get your approval for the repair and order the parts. Unfortunately we cannot repair vehicles under insurance claims prior to having the full approval from the insurance company to complete the entire repair. We apologize that you felt the repairs were not completed as you had hoped they would be that day. You had mentioned to our Service Manager you were going to write a review and take your business elsewhere and he confirmed if you wished to do that you could. We would of course be willing to repair the vehicle for you if you wished but our understanding is you informed your insurance company you would take the vehicle elsewhere.

I was visiting Moncton and had an issue with my vans sliding door. Honda was able to squeeze me in a take a look at the door. They were super nice and helpful. Although the issue with my door was more than they could do today they reassured me the van would be fine. 10/10 for customer service!
