I bought a car from Moncton Honda December 2023. I live in Halifax and did the transaction remotley. I didn't test drive the car before purchase. The description of the car was bang on. The car was in better shape than I expected. Matt and Christine are amazing and made this transaction very easy. Excellent and fast communication. They never left me wondering what was going on. When I arrived to the dealership, everything was ready and the car was perfect. I was in and out in about 30 min. I am so pleased with this car. Better than advertised.

Just bought a vehicle via this dealership. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for the most part due to the following employees. - Zachery Head, a product specialist, was polite and courteous while ensuring that a deal was secured. In doing so, he facilitated the entire purchasing process. - Trevor Cowan, an Automotive Finance Specialist, was also polite and courteous and most helpful in the administration and financial components of this same process. Note: For a car dealer, to attain a score of 5 stars is virtually impossible in this context as they and we (as consumers) have very competing goals, objectives, and interests. For me, I was somewhat satisfied with the final price paid for the vehicle but nonetheless felt l slightly overpaid for same. The incessant negotiating with the sales manager through the product specialist is challenging and, perhaps more importantly, time-consuming to get a final price. They nonetheless all remained professional throughout this process! In closing, perhaps 4.5 out of 5 would be more of an accurate assessment of our car buying experience!

I been trying to trade my Mazda for almost 2 months, I first went to recar in moncton and could not do anything for me. I went to Honda and Alex worden and he did amazing I got the car I wanted and got to trade my car. I would go back just because of Alex Worden. Thank you for getting my car. ****** I have to take back my review. Worst place to buy a used car. I regret my decision. ********

My husband and I purchased a car from Matt C about 4 weeks ago. Our service was horrible! He was very full of himself throughout the whole sale and very condescending. But worse than that he also was completely dishonest and scammed us over $4000 into our purchase price without even telling us! He at no point told us he was adding warranty into the price which was over $4000 and at no point brought it up when we asked if this was the cheapest price or if we could get cheaper! He said no!!! I only figured it out when I came home after the sale was complete! This is absolutely wrong and not legal! How many others have been scammed by him? Our experience was horrible and not at all dealt with. We are so upset and bothered by this and can’t believe Honda would allow this and no one is doing anything about it! If Honda is really about the customer and building loyal customers this wouldn’t happen and they definitely would make it right to try and win us back!

Nice car - sub-optimal customer service

We recently purchased a brand new CRV from this dealership. Upon picking up the car we noticed a defect part in the trunk which Julio, our sales rep made note of and promised to address the next day. Almost two weeks later, we are still waiting to hear from him or anybody else at the dealership. We talked in person with Julio more than once, spoke in person with two staff members at the Service Department, emailed the manager and still no answers! We are happy with the car but somewhat disappointed with the tardiness and the level of customer service. A brand new car deserves better support and customer care from the dealership than what we have experienced to this point.

The vehicle at delivery did not have any defect parts, the part as communicated from you to the Sales person was broken by accident at delivery by your wife. We have been in contact with you and you have an appointment booked at 8am Friday to replace the part . Thank you
