I love my knew Santa Fe! The staff at Myers Kanata were very professional and answered all of the questions that we had. I would recommend visiting Myers Kanata when purchasing a new vehicle!

She was very courteous,very patient and made sure I was Satisfied. I started looking much before being ready to buy.I originally did a test drive to familiarize myself with the vehicle during a présélection. She kept in touch with me and made sure I was aware of deals being available. During one of them I did 2 more test drives to select the vehicle and ended up buying it. She provided exceptional service and made this a pleasurable experience.

Being a 'new' Hyundai customer and having dealt exclusively with Honda for the past few years, this dealership has always brought positive and often times, pleasant experiences for me. I had an issue with a dead radio on my Sonata, their Service Manager, Gordie Tam went above and beyond to talk to Hyundai to get it replaced. 1 to 10, 10 being excellent, Gordie is a 10+++ In addition, a shout out to Keith as well, so far the best service adviser I've dealt with. Very courteous, thorough and genuine. Keith is one of those employees that a service orientated company should be keeping, promoting and rewarded. I've been to other Hyundai dealers in Ottawa, but Myers Hyundai Kanata is worthwhile checking out.
