Fantastic service from Sales! I walked in wanting to look at a Hybrid Santa Fe and was lucky to have Joy Jacuk help me with my decision. She was easy to chat with and knew everything about the car. She made the process pleasant and I walked out feeling GREAT about my purchase. The finance process was fab with Roy and one little hiccup was dealt with AMAZING service from the service dept. Happy all around.

Day 5 after I bought my life’s first car: The driver side window got shattered into tiny while car sitting in the garage the whole night. The staff did not care to listen and I had to go to insurance where they told us after fixing it that it might not have been installed properly. The service center staff is not helpful at all that day. 1st oil change they filled my oil half empty upon complaining they it will rise up later and I had to come back the next day. 1 year after buying and tire change time where I got slots after calling many times:today is the heights that i came here for a tire change and waited for one & half hour. When i went to check updates on car they said they never knew my car was here for a tire change. After one & half hour they started working on it. I totally regret buying car from here.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME. I went online through your website and booked an appointment for an oil change a few weeks back for my 2019 Hyundai Tucson, and the website mentioned 30 minutes while you wait (which was the experience I had last time I had my oil changed there). When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told "oh no, it's winter tire season, so it will take all day". What is the point of making an appointment if you're goIng to be treated like a walk-in? I also booked this appointment at your location because of the convenient "drive-in bay". That was also not functional when I showed up today either. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time and gas today - I left and went to Mr. Lube instead (who charged $99 for the same service you were going to charge me $159 for, by the way). I have a 2 year old vehicle with under 20,000km. You just lost out on many years of servicing my vehicle as I will never bring it back there again. Wanted the manager to know how customers are being treated, and wanted to warn others about how their appointment time means nothing.

Hi. I'm not happy with the service this time. 1) The "CHECK ELECTRONIC RUST PROOFING" was not done when I brought the car in for service even though I mentioned it when making the appointment and it's written on this email appointment confirmation. I will have to make an extra trip to Kanata Hyundai to have this done. 2) Also the car was picked by valet service on Tuesday and the car was suppose to be ready on Tuesday but the car was not ready until Wednesday and no one mentioned to me that the car would not be ready on Tuesday. 3) 'RUBBER END OF HITCH HAS COME OFF'. The rubber end of the hitch was not installed even though I mentioned it at the time of the appointment and it's mentioned in this email, appointment confirmation. In summary I am not happy with the service this time. Previous appointments were ok but definitely not this time. I expected better. Gord

I have medical restrictions. The staff was stellar in responding attentively and proactively to my medical needs and restrictions without making any an issue. Tristan is a compassionate, attentive, insightful and proactive salesperson. I cannot adequately put into words how lovely it it was to be treated with kindness and respect by everyone at Meyers Kanata Hyundai. For this I am deeply grateful. Meyers Kanata Hyundai has my recommendation for people looking for a vehicle.

Booked an appointment a couple weeks ago for tires and service. I was told it would be a four to five hour wait. I asked how long if I didn’t do the tires, and they said three to four hours. Understand that this is an electric vehicle that needed nothing more than a new cabin air filter and multipoint inspection. And that takes how long? Why book an appointment just to be treated like a walk in? Will never go back, and seems to be on par with other experiences I’ve had with Myers branded dealerships. Drove home and did the tires myself

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been calling for a week now and when the automated message states "press 1 for service", I do so, and it automatically hangs up. I have tried this a few times. I have left several messages multiple ways (voicemail, live chat, email) and NOTHING. My request needs an appointment ASAP so after a few days I asked the administration assistant to write my name and number on a piece of paper and walk it to the service department (in the SAME building) as I can't drive my car and have to get it serviced there in order to keep the warranty. She said "no, I am too busy so I will email it to them instead". Talk about horrible customer service. I am still in shock.
