Negotiate nightmare

dont go to this dealership, I negotiated on the ex35 which has been on the lot since April - sales manager tried to scam me by playing with the numbers. Little did they know I had higher grade education in math then them!

Ivan was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain things, and gave clear explanations. His provided good service before, and after the sale was made. I will recommend him and Myers Orleans Nissan to my family and friends.

Duane was absolutely receptive and understanding of my personal situation. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He took the time to listen to what my needs and once he had all the information in hand, he went to bat for me. I ended up getting the best quality service possible, and from the get-go I knew that Duane was genuinely doing his best for me. And that's how it worked out. I went in late in the afternoon on a Wednesday looking to trade in my vehicle, and I came out on Friday with a vehicle that was above my expectations. And although I went in carrying a lot of stress and low confidence, I came out feeling like I'd just won the lottery. That would not have happened without Duane's compassion, empathy, and his willingness to go the extra mile for what I considered myself at the time - a low-end customer. I no longer feel that way.

Brian was great unfortunately very disappointed with sales rep Matt. I was told something that was not followed through with which caused me to pay more for the vehicle than I should of paid and because of this will not deal with a Myers dealership for future purchases.

Purchased a car from Ivan. Entered Nissan knowing what model I liked but undecided if I'd buy my first Nissan (as I was planning to visit other dealerships). But the service he provided, the no haggle negotiating that resulted in a fair price, and the after sales service (damaged car at pickup), confirms that he cares about what he does and is a great salesman. Will recommend others visit Ivan the next time they are looking for a car.

Yves assisted me in every way possible, and made the experience of buying a new car stress less. He knew what he was talking about and did not pressure me in any way. I believe I was treated fairly, and would recommend Yves to anyone looking for a new or used car.
