Yves was very personable and knowledgeable of the Nissan product we were looking to purchase. The VPP program was an added bonus, and trade negotiations were quite pleasant. This was by far our most stress free vehicle purchase ever. Thanks, Serge Godard

Duane is a very knowledgeable and capable representative of Myers Orleans Nissan. I found him to be very polite, respectful and willing to negotiate a good deal for the customer. He took the time to answer numerous questions to my satisfaction, seeking out answers without hesitation to the ones he was unsure. He ensure the sales process was well understood and was done very smoothly. His explanation and demonstration of the vehicle systems was excellent.

I bought a 2011 Versa from Myers Nissan on a trade in. I had a junior sales guy but in the end he seemed nice, he sent me test driving on my own (in other words he let the car sell itself rather than him talk at me), and in the end got us a good price. When I went for delivery Friday afternoon they had messed some things up: 1) The negotiated snow tires were not on the car. 2) The low washer fluid light was on - what used car inspection?? (You have to love when the 5% of the service work you can tell was done wrong was in fact done wrong - who knows about the other 95%). 3) The business manager told me I had to pay for new plates and get a refund from Service Ontario for the plates from my trade - it would be a zero sum. (Now when I go to a hotel I have to go outside and look at car again to memorize the plate). It was not he zero sum the business manager assured me of. They called the following day to schedule the tires for the next business day and make the light go out. In the end I didn't think that was all too terrible. The general manager contacted me after the purchase to make sure everything was good and in the end he made sure everything was good.
