While I did not go with Nissan in my car purchase, I would like to say that my experience there was quite good. Vin was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite patient with all my questions. Everyone else there was equally friendly and all had smiles on their faces when spoken with. Great experience with Vin, just not the car I was looking for interior quality-wise. I test drove the 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo CVT, and was quite underwhelmed, especially with Nissan's reputation of making fun, fast and reliable cars. A car with less than 100km on the clock should not have loose buttons, and the interior should definitely not be rattling on the highway and over bumps. The sales rep Vin and his colleagues were awesome, but the car I drove (could have been a fluke, though) was not. Next time I buy a car a few years down the road, I'll definitely give Nissan a try.

When we arrived at the Orleans dealership we instantly felt the team spirit that exists at that location and it continued throughout the process of buying our new car. We were approached by Ivan Pinto who became our salesperson. He was fantastic from start to finish. He was very respectful of our opinions and our budget. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his product. His suggestions were of great importance in the final choice of our new vehicle. He was very honest when he didn't agree about certain things on our wish list and throughout the process. We never felt rushed or obligated to buy from him. Once bought, he took the time to explain every thing about the car which he had also done previous to the sale but in more detail this time. He kept repeating that if we needed further help, that he was always available to help and repeat the process if need be. He was very patient and repeated the instructions when needed. Being in our 70's, he seemed to sense our discomfort with the ton of new technology that this new car was offering. Ivan would be our first choice if we go back for a second vehicle. His smile and sense of humor was a definite plus. We just love our new car! Thanks again Ivan for all your help.

1. Sales told us we were not approved before it was found out we were in fact approved. 2. Did not complete all the signing during the intial visit and had to leave work in order to sign. 3. Sales did not communicate with experts ended up having winter tires included despite that not being part of the deal. Ended up returning the tires. 4. First payment was double charged. Call the dealership and said it was because it was declined. Called finance directly to find the information was put in twice. They ended up refunding one of the charges.

I had a lot of trouble getting answers to my questions before I went (3 weeks before my visit). Once I got them, I had an appointment with a representative. I arrive at the appointment before the time and the person I was supposed to see did not even show up. So I was relayed to another rep. A nice person (moreover and if I put a star it is just for him and his kindness). We will see the vehicle which is scratched absolutely everywhere, then no small scratches, the front bumper was to be redone in full bodywork. In short, very disappointed, they come back to me with a ridiculously low price for the recovery of my vehicle. The I understand that I have just wasted my time, gas ... Not strong! In short, I do not recommend this place. (Original) J'ai magasiné chez Nissan Myers en demandant bien que le véhicule que je voulais voir (Usagé) devait être impeccable (Sans scratch majeures etc), sinon je ne me déplacerai pas de Montréal. J'ai eu beaucoup de misère à obtenir des réponses à mes questions avant de me rendre (3 semaines avant ma visite). Une fois que je les ai eu, j'ai eu un RDV avec un représentant. J'arrive au RDV avant l'heure et la personne que je devais voir ne s'est même pas présentée. On m'a donc relayé à un autre rep. Une personne sympatique (au demeurant et si je mets une étoile c'est juste pour elle et sa gentillesse). On va voir le véhicule qui est scratché absolument partout, puis pas des petits scratchs, le bumper avant était a refaire en carrosserie au complet. Bref, très déçu, on me revient avec un prix de reprise de mon véhicule ridiculement bas. La je comprends que je viens de perdre mon temps, du gaz ... Pas fort ! Bref, je ne conseille pas cette place.
