The sales guy made my pregnant wife and I climb the stairs to see their showroom of new cars when we specifically asked for used cars. Then he refused to discuss the price of the new cars until we had a test drive. Completely ridiculous policy and we walked out in frustration. The incompetence was infuriating.

Worst experience at this dealership . Very pushy sales , Naymat doesn’t even hear you talking , just wants to get through his sales pitch. Didn’t even want to share prices without test driving even after we told him specifically that we don’t want to test drive a car today. Neighbouring car dealerships had a much better experience.

From the moment I came into the Ottawa location, I felt the environment was welcoming and bright and positive! Donald met me a few a steps in the front entrance and right away I noticed his genuine interest in assisting me and his joy for customer service! Donald shared his product knowledge, and I learned a lot of information about new models and details and updates! Also, I was very well care fir with Lauren and Spencer! The service department quickly identified safety repairs needed and my car was road worthy in a few hours. I would highly recommend this location to wonen and those who find money math and car purchase overwhelming - this team made it a very friendly and accessible experience!

I was very satisfied with my Service at Myers Infinity. Very professional, very flexible to get an appointment, the car was serviced on time, it took 60 minutes, and the waiting room is genuinely nice. The service consultant all the work check-up and service that was done in the car
