Andrew has been working with us over our last 3 car purchases. We are totally satisfied with the Infiniti vehicles we've owned and Andrew has been a big part of that. He has been very patient while we go through the decision making process and has alway presented us with excellent suggestions.

Andrew was extremely helpful when we were shopping for our new car. We had a lot of questions and he patiently dealt with them all. He took the time to explain and demonstrate many of the safety features of the Q50 and assisted us in setting up some of them. We have asked a few additional questions since we picked up the car and he has responded to them without delay. On a personal level, Andrew Capyk is friendly, respectful, and polite. He obviously has all the prerequisite qualifications for a salesperson but he is also a good representative for your organization. We will recommend him to friends looking for a new car.

Andrew has always been there from the beginning. He is prompt with his responses and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. I have sent many friends and colleagues to see him and will continue to do so. He has always gone out of his way to make sure we are treated well.

Outstanding customer service! I have an JX35 and the service staff are extremely competent and professional attending to every detail in my request. The mechanic even alerted me to a potential issue in a noisy fan that quite frankly I hadn't even noticed. From the complimentary service shuttle to the complete washing of the car, this is a service organization that cares and manages customer satisfaction to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend.
