We decided to purchase the Infinity QX50 as a result of the excellent services provided by Raymond Luu.

Raymond quickly noted our requirements and preferences. He suggested the QX50 as the best fit for us, answered all our questions, facilitated an extended test drive, promptly checked for vehicle availability , kept us informed of the progress and delivered the vehicle with pertinent information. He offered to provide post sale assistance if and when required and I will not hesitate to do so. I have recommended his services to a friend who is thinking of replacing an FX35.

Myers where Greed is # one not Customer service

Great car but service is hard to get appointments last year it was 4 weeks to get an appointment. This week appointment a 1:00pm appointment, car was not even in shop at 3:00pm. When you do get in the shop they push overpriced services not required by manufacturer. I had a great time buying car from Tony Graham Nissan but servicing by Myers has been horrible. I would not buy here again.

Despite my car being a week late, my experience with Myers was very positive. I felt was offered a good price on the vehicle I purchased and was well compensated for any issues that came up. Andrew was extremely helpful over email until I was ready to make a decision. Andrew is the sole reason I purchased an Infiniti, and offered good advice helping me make a final decision. Assuming my first experience with an Infiniti vehicle is positive, I will return for another purchase when my lease is up.

Brutal Service

Servcise Department is less than impressive...actually that is being nice..it is Brutal. They have left me for the 1st time not Proud to Be an Infiniti Owner. I was run around in circles since March on a waranty issue and guess what now Watanty is expired...thanks Folks!...Your service Manager Chris is a JOKE
