Very friendly sales department ! And even better service department ! Very knowledgeable no matter your issue big or small . They will go out of there way to make sure it's fixed properly no matter what it is .

David Vaughan was a great salesperson and efficient until the day I came to make my final payment on the automobile and he passed me onto another sales associate so he could help new clients (and I guess move onto another sale) which made me feel unappreciated.

Purchased my new Tiguan from David Vaughan. Was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. Explained everything about the vehicle and how it worked. Leslie was awesome with the finance aspects of the purchased. Would highly recommend them and Bytek for car purchases in the future.
