Purchase of a new vehicle

I received an excellent service from the sales person Chris Peshev when I visited your dealership in August. He provided me with a price of my Passat that I wanted to trade in. He advised me of all features on the Tiguan, the new car that I was interested in. We had two test drives during which Chris explained all aspects of proper handling of the car, including GPS, media console and other computerized components. Chris also advised me of the service deadlines that are required for the new car in order to keep it in good condition. Finally, I received a very professional service from Lesley Drysdale, the Finance Manager who explained to me all aspects of the warranty on the vehicle, the loan insurance and any additional items like rust proofing, tinting of glass or letter conditioning that were available on the purchase of my vehicle. I really want to thank these two individuals for making the purchase of my car a very pleasant experience.

New vehicle purchase

I had a great experience buying the vehicle, however, when I picked up my new vehicle had a small scratch on it. It took 3 days to get repaired and after that I had a another small issue and I did not get any follow-up at all to make sure the issue had resolved itself. I feel that VW treats new customers better than existing ones.

I've been working with David Vaughan for a couple weeks now to narrow down which model of the Tiguan I want. He has been the best sales person I have ever met. Thorough, no pressure, fast to respond, and just an all around nice guy. And gave me an excellent quote price. Highly recommend you visit Bytek and see David for your car purchase.
