Excellent service! Great waiting room with coffee/tea, wifi, TV. They offer drop off service or you can wait. They're very polite!

New Golf purchase in September

David Vaughan was excellent. He answered all my questions without reserve. My wife who really selected the car (yes, she did it often in over 40 years of marriage) was happy. She is still happy except for my driving the Golf like my previous sport car. The car is very responsive.

Khris Peshev has been constantly sent me retail updates for more than a year. It felt great to finally 'close a deal' with this trustworthy sales representative. His level of service and loyalty played a big part in my deciding to give my business to Bytek. He's an outstanding rep for Volkswagen Canada. Working with Lesley Drysdale continues to be unequal pleasure. I am thrilled that we've maintained our relationship over the many years that she's worked at Bytek. I know I am good hands with the entire Bytek team!

Very friendly sales department ! And even better service department ! Very knowledgeable no matter your issue big or small . They will go out of there way to make sure it's fixed properly no matter what it is .
