Bought a Tiguan from Bytek just over a year ago and absolutely love the vehicle! My experience with Bytek so far has been great. David Vaughan and the sales team have been awesome to deal with, answering any questions or concerns I've had. And I have been very impressed with the service team. Rawad Taha and Greg Taylor, in particular, have done a great job, proactively dealing with a few issues with the vehicle, while ensuring I was inconvenienced as little as possible. Very happy customer so far!

Bytek VW is hands-down the best dealership in the city of Ottawa. I never felt intimidated or obligated to buy anything, but the sales rep who stood out to me was Kris P. I ended up purchasing a lovely Golf for much cheaper than I'd anticipated. I've been back for service once, and the experience was equally amazing. I highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a VW and want a relaxed and easy purchase with no pressure at all!

Bytek VW is hands-down the best dealership in the city of Ottawa. I never felt intimidated or obligated to buy anything, but the sales rep who stood out to me was Kris P. Changing vehicles often allows me to visit many dealerships and deal with various salespeople, but when I visited Bytek VW, my search ended right then and there because the AWESOME salesperson I dealt with, KRIS PESHEV, is absolutely great. You like me, will love buying your vehicle there. Buying a new Volkswagen from Kris will make your experience much more enjoyable because he'll show you what you want, tell you all about the features and options and make sure you feel comfortable with the VW you're purchasing. I'm happy to report that Kris was only one of many pleasant people to deal with at Bytek, because I also got great service from the Sales Manager Andrew and from Rebecca, who arranged all the paperwork, just to name a few. It's no wonder 3 of my family members have purchased a VW from KRIS PESHEV at Bytek VW in the last 6 months! Find the right VW for you, Go buy your new Volkswagen from Kris at Bytek immediately, feel great and tell all your friends and family to do the same now!!

I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, it was at Volkswagen on St Laurent Blvd. and continues to be so. I purchased my Volkswagen there and my salesperson (Chris K) was exceptional from every aspect. Purchasing my vehicle was easy, he explained the entire process to me. Being from Europe and coming back to Canada, he made my car buying process stress free and easy. He even till this day helps me book my car follow ups and oil changes. Now that is what I can service. He is always there for me till this day if I need any appointments booked or if I have questions about the car.If anyone is buying a car at Volkswagen don't even bother going elsewhere. Ask for Chris K, he is the best!!!
