great initial engagement, not the same level of care or attention at delivery of the car

He was great to work with, really engaged in the sales process and test drives... but was clearly busy with another client when it came time to pick up the car. Waited a while and then one of the keys was not present - was expecting to hear back within a few days but had to call back 2 weeks later. Finally got the keys delivered, but that made this a 4 start vs 5 star effort.

good but some concerns

in signing the deal befor epick up there was no going over the contract, as when i reviewed it after there were some concerns, these were discussed after but afer alot of back and forth. it was settled but i wasnt necessarily happy.

Gabrielle was so wonderful. She was very approachable and knew the facts so didn't come across as pushy. She came across as knowledgeable.

Gabrielle was knowledgeable and helpful. Calm and not pushy. I appreciated that because I had some bad experiences at Nissan and Mazda. Her attitude and welcoming nature is what sold me on the car.

As a senior concerned about budget but also quality and value, my salesperson Greg, was able to address all my concerns about purchasing the car that would be suitable for me. I purchased a Jetta and, having owned the car for several months, am very pleased with my decision.

I didn't know much about buying cars. In fact, I knew nothing. Greg took the time to explain every detail to me and helped me pick out the right car for me. He clearly knew what he was doing and directed me to my first NEW, PERFECT vehicle. Thanks Greg!

Gabrielle was really respectful of my budget when looking for a car. She gave me several options (new and used) and took the time to go over the lease and financing options in detail. She took the time to get the most bang for my buck for my trade-in and made the whole process very relaxing and fun. I would highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone looking for a Volks!
