So disappointed with recalls (NOTHING but a small cup of coffee or water offered after travelling for 4 hours from the West Coast and they fixed the recall work order, waited another 4 hours!!!) And poor 100-150 point "inspection"...trunk lid slams when closing, one door never locks with remote, poor quality wiper blades. Only had the car for just about 2 months, I live on an island, use the vehicle only when necessary...and they trying to say...it's all my fault, my doing??? Come on now!!! Geez!!! At first, I thought it was good service there, but, now I know I will not be going back, take my business elsewhere. This is just a post, how I was treated, on one of the worst day/night to travel, in Tuesday's storm!!! Yes I realize I should have thoroughly reviewed the inspection, but, right now I'm taking my service elsewhere and will never refer anyone here. Disappointed West Coaster.

will do. FYI the car is for sale and is currently uninsured. Perhaps this issue will be able to be resolved with the new owners, when it sells?

Laird Wheaton is top notch! From the moment you walk in there door you are treated like family. Amazing customer service! Thanks Rob, Ken, Jenny, Doug(in service) for treating us like gold. We even leave our hometown to go to Laird Wheaton for service.......Highly recommend
