My experience buying from Bytek was easy and painless. I got a fair price for my trade in and was put into my new Jetta in just a couple of days. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and helped me to get exactly what I wanted out of a vehicle, thank you Greg!

We recieved a good service, the sales person has good understanding of our needs and provided prefessional help. We are quite happen with the deal! The menager was quite flexible to talk about the deals and tried to meet our rquirement. The car delivered to us like brand new as promissed. Good car! Good expreince at Bytek.

First impressions

I live in Toronto...my boyfriend picked up my car from Ottawa - where he lives...I asked for a grocery bag hook and was told that I was going to be mailed one...never came - ended up paying for one myself...the VW dealer where I live customer service was horrible...I complained to the manager Stuart...he said first check up is free...I'm moving to Ottawa and lost my spare keys...left Stuart a vm requesting a free additional key, instead of the free check up...no reply...found my keys...still no follow up...love my VW...but when it comes time for a new one or one for my children...not sure I would be a returning customer...customer service is everything...
