My experience with Kris at Bytek was second to none. Knowing exactly what I wanted and after having little success at other dealers, Kris was friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and got me exactly what I was looking for. I've already referred other people to Bytek and will continue to do so.

I'm very happy with the level of professionalism when I bought my wife's Passat. The salesman, Kris, didn't pressure me which was a huge relief from pressure tactics I have experienced before at other dealerships.

He works with you, he deals with you, he understands you, and he try's hard. He knows his product and he likes his product-even owns it. I bought my car from Mr. Paquin a year ago, and I can still recall how pleasantly surprised I was by the calm, professional manner with which he interacted first with me, and later with my wife, as we considered our possible purchase. It had been years since I had been on a car lot to buy a new car and he very patiently answered my questions, some of which must have appeared rather curious coming from someone my age. When it finally came to negotiating the purchase, our "haggling" about the price and options was equally reassuring, and that does not often happen in such a context. Looking back, there is no question in my mind that a large measure of my decision to buy a VW was due to the salesman and his approach. Since I purchased my car, I have frequently told friends who asked how impressed I was by the dealership, but most especially by the person (Mr. Paquin) who made the sale.

zero pressure and felt comfortable through the whole process

Walked in not thinking I would find a car in my price range in a style i would like. Dave asked me some questions I hadn't even thought of and directed to me a car based on my answers I have fallen in love with. Never pressured and always seemingly working my behalf made for a great experience.

My Diesel VW Golf

I enjoyed buying the car, nice people, the pre sale test drive and doing the research was good BUT after I bought the car and drove it for a week I had to return it to the shop for 3 weeks to replace the entire ad blue injector system and the car had more km's on it then originally discussed. No support or updates from sales on the staus of my car and after they got my money...I almost feel like they knew that was going to happen.
