We purchased our new Golf before actually being on the ground to see the car and do the paperwork. Kris' care and professionalism made the whole process smooth and easy, for which we were very grateful.

My fiancé and I decided to go through Unhaggle, to try to find a best price for what we wanted in terms of a vehicle. We had already settled on the VW Golf, but we were looking around at a few dealerships in town to find something that would fit into our budget. Had a bad experience with the first VW dealership we went to. We were then contacted by David from Bytek, and invited us to come in for a test drive of the Comfortline, to make sure this is truly what we wanted. Customer service is very important to me when contemplating a purchase. I was very impressed how a few people came to ask if we needed assistance as soon as we walked through the door. That made a significant first impression on me. We met with David, went for a test drive in the comfort line (to make sure the seats would be comfortable in the long run for long-distance drives) and overall, we loved it. David's approach when talking numbers was very nonchalant. Not pressuring whatsoever, which was wonderful. Definitely knew his stuff, and he worked with us to make sure that we left happy, and with what we wanted. We are very pleased with the overall experience, and I would definitely recommend David if you are looking for a vehicle. He definitely did not beat around the bush, and was very honest with us regarding every aspect of buying a car. I also appreciate him answering my fiances many questions. We also dealt with Lesley regarding warranties and accessories, and she also was very wonderful and not pressuring as well. She did explain everything so we knew what to pick, what not to pick. She was extremely informative regarding what we needed to bring when picking up the car this Friday. Due to their availabilities, and the fact that they are definite pros in their profession, we will be able to drive away with our new car on Friday! Thanks again Bytek for the wonderful car buying experience! Driving to you guys for maintenance from Kanata is definitely a drive worth making!

I first got a lease from Andrew and after a few years bought a car through him. Andrew's demeanor is extremely pleasant, no pressure tactics; every sales person should be like him. I would deal with him again and again.
