I recently signed a lease for a beautiful VW Tiguan and am extremely grateful for the exceptional service from Abdalla, Chris and Jennifer! My husband and I were very impressed with everyone's professionalism and expertise! We appreciate everything they did to make us feel so welcome and for going above and beyond! We had fantastic experience shopping for a new vehicle. Our sales rep Abdalla was fantastic and very friendly. He made the process very easy and stress free. The sales manager Chris along with the financial team Jenn and Adrian provided excellent service and explained everything really well. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

On Jan.29th I was fortunate to become the new owner of a Jetta 2016. I love it! When an orange light came on, it was time to meet my new service/support team at Bytek Volkswagen at 1325 St. Laurent Blvd. They are committed to “making you a long lasting customer and friend”. Well, in my encounter with Hanna, Allyson, Manthan, Jay, John and Dilhan I now feel that indeed I have a new circle of friends! Yes I will be your long lasting customer. Yet, as much as I enjoyed meeting each one of you I hope to see you on a limited basis. As we all know sometimes in life we have to pay for our friendships! I've sent out offers to all the local VW dealers in the Ottawa area and Bytek ( Amanda Poisson was the sales person I was personally dealing with ) was the Dealer who was willing to work with me and so in the end I was able to work out a great deal, the whole process of purchasing the GTI was stress free thanks to Amanda!!
