I bought my car from Bytek VW and everything went as smoothly as I could have ever hoped for. I felt no pressure throughout the process which was the most important to me. I’ve had a previous bad experience with another dealership which kind of made me avoid going to dealerships altogether. But I can say Abdalla (the salesperson) changed my mind. He was transparent (no surprises) and great to deal with and would definitely recommend Bytek VW, especially Abdalla, to anyone who wants an easy and no-pressure experience.

Despite loving my Volkswagen vehicle and the brand itself, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the time of purchase. I was upsold an extended warranty and repeatedly misinformed about the terms. After contacting Volkswagen Canada, I learned that the dealership had provided incorrect information on multiple occasions. This experience left me feeling misled and frustrated, and it has significantly damaged my trust in this dealership. I would encourage to exercise caution with this dealership.

We visited almost every dealership in the city, including other VW locations, and none of them compare to Bytek. The professionalism, fairness, and outstanding service we received here made all the difference. We are very happy with our new ID.4 and highly recommend Bytek Volkswagen!

We had an excellent experience at Bytek Volkswagen. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions thoroughly. The manager accepted our trade-in and offered us a fair value, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Sorry for not a 5 * review. The team was very pleasant to work with (Anik and Josh). Reason for the 4 star was due to the fact that when they went to do the licensing for the Quebec side, something about the numbers were wrong, had to wait a couple extra days. In the end, this was not Bytek's fault possibly and I have enjoyed the service I received as I was informed of everything that was happening, was kept in the loop. I love our new Tiguan and thanks again Bytek Team for making another customer happy.
