Just bought a used VW Golf from Bytek. Anik, my sales associate, and Jennifer in the finance department, were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The car was delivered in spotless condition, and Anik checked in the next day to see how it was driving. Thank you, and I will enjoy my new-to-me VW Golf.

I had a fantastic experience with the car sales professional Amanda at Bytek Volkswagen. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs. Disappointed… I went into this dealership with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle. And left disappointed. We had an excellent experience with Amanda, Ali and Abdalla - but our interactions with other members of this sales staff was extremely disappointing and underwhelming. We will take our money elsewhere. It can’t be that hard to find a dealership that wants to sell a vehicle.

Just picked up a lease car from Bytek. Anik my sales representative was excellent throughout the process and made everything very easy, particularly for a foreign national. I would recommend to anyone looking for a lease car.
