I have been waiting over a week for a part said to be in stock in a couple of days. My cooling fan runs all the time and kills my battery all because they say it needs a sensor and thermostat. Still waiting. Not even a call from them, tried calling and got no answer. The cooler weather is here and I have no heat in my truck. Can't use remote start because of engine light. This sucks.

I recently visited this Dealership and I had the pleasure of speaking with Benny. From when I first inquired about the car to post-purchase Benny answered all of my questions, was respectful of my decisions, and gave me the essential info needed for me to feel comfortable purchasing my first Electric Vehicle (2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV Premier Model). I came here with a weird noise coming from the rear wheels of my car. First they said my brakes are worn out it needed to changed. Then they said the callipers are bad and needed to be changed. Then said sorry mr. singh the noise is actually coming from hub bearing it needed to changed. Even after holding my car for 3 days and robbing me of 2000$ the noise is still there and all I get is a lousy Sorry from service manager. There are thousands of rich people you guys can scam. Kindly don't scam the minimum wage workers like me. Thanks
