I just wanted to write this review to everyone who helped me last week. My car had broken down on the side of the highway last week. I had called many tows to help out but they were all charging me a ridiculous amount. Myself and my boyfriend ended up having to spend the night in the vehicle outside a hotel that was all booked up. Next day I called Leggat Chevrolet and they helped me out immediately. I didn’t get the first girls name but she gave me her number to call once we got in contact with another tow to bring it to the shop but she went out of her way to help me! The mechanic, Mohamed was absolutely amazing. He made sure that I was okay with everything they had to do with the vehicle. Keeping me in the loop with everything! And to the blonde lady at the front desk who drives a Mercedes lol. She went out of her way to make sure that the auto manager was aware of what had happened and placed my keys on his desk so he’d look at my car the next morning Anyways, this team is amazing! I’m absolutely blown away with the time and effort that was put into my vehicle and myself! Thank you guys all so much

Sep.09/2023 At this dealership I bought car and was paying 99.99+ tax Aprox $112 n change for oil change. It is my second bad experience here when a new guy name ( Mohamad) trying to charge me $149 n change for the same car’s oil change. I even explained him I got quoted by Carmen ( service manager ) and it was exactly same quote as I use to pay here! I asked bring the manager or whoever can justify my position. He said no one is here and told me pay the bill $149and come back Monday to discuss it with manager!! Mohamad knew I’m time sensitive and have to go in rush was wasting my time that I can pay $149. I finally met with MR. Vic sethi ( sales manager) who takes over the matter and understood my position and justified the matter with changing me even $10 less than I use to pay $99.99. Even he advised Mohamad that charge me $89 but Mohamad was going to charge me $99 !! I told him manger told him to charge $89 why you making your own decision to charge me $99 ? Then finally Mohamad realized and charge me $89 + tax . Outcome I don’t recommend to go see either Mohamad or julian ( at service) I believe they work hourly plus commission and trying to milk more money from customers. ( do not sign any paperwork prior when you bring your car for service here make sure you understand what paperwork they are making you sign because they are taking your consent that you are agreeing to pay ) VIC SETHI ( sales manager) very nice personality I recommend to go see him if any situation or buying , leasing a new car !
