The service I received at Moncton Honda was very professional and friendly to say the least. Jason Keefe and Andrea Brushett are very knowledgeable and detailed. They both relayed information in a clear and concise manner. It made my experience of buying my first vehicle very pleasant and comforting. I will certainly recommend Honda to all my friends and family moving forward. Thank you for making this purchase go as smoothly as possible. My expectations were definitely exceeded!

My GPS was showing me in the wrong place, which is a not common problem. They verified the situation and quickly fixed it.

I took advantage of a promotion offered by Honda for an auto check. I am now more aware and I don't assume that Honda will be there for me. So, I question everything and I am more assertive for what I can or can not do. The trust is gone. My last visit was good. This is the attitude I have adopted and I will not assume that my best interest is what Honda values for it's customer. Rheal has been great in providing customer service. I appreciate him a great deal but I realize he is a HondA employee...

Recall for air bag repairs. The parts were delayed but Honda provided a vehicle. Once the parts were in the service was quick and efficient and Chris Allen went the extra mile but resetting the code on the car radio himself. Thanks so much. Great service seems impossible these days, but not at Honda. Steve Ethier

Got an oil change & 4 tire rebalanced, nothing more nothing less, quick easy and positive experience. The waiting area's atmosphere is great and the bill is clear and easy to read! A++
