Amanda worked very hard to get our sale done, which was compromised by a paper trade and some insurance problems by the third party. She tried many angles to try and get us into our new vehicle and in the end was patient enough to wait. I found her to be knowledgeable of the different models and finance options. The reason for only 4 stars would be the "etching fee" which was left off our original quote which caused our monthly payment to jump by $8 (8 x 72 = $576) . This was clearly a mistake and we agreed to split the difference at $250 each, unfortunately I only received $150. The claim was that the trade in paper fee would be waived but my payment was not affected so clearly it wasn't. It's only $100 but it put a damper on an otherwise fantastic experience, if it is non-negotiable and must be done to every vehicle in the lot it should be included in the sticker price. In the end, my wife has a beautiful new HRV in the exact colour and trim she wanted and she is very happy. Kevin is also giving us a deal on some winter tires and rims so we should be well on our way to getting a solid ten years of quality driving in a great new product. Despite the etching fee I will still recommend both Amanda and Moncton Honda as a quality place to purchase a vehicle, entire staff was friendly and professional. Thanks, Ed Wasson

had brake job, oil change and filter change. the service desk was very polite, the time of my wait was pleasantly short. I was expecting the work to take much longer. great working brakes , good job by all Jack Gautreau

I was there to change my tire, just note to pay more attention with the may Wheel when you change the tire. There were covered with some stuff that I had to clean out after.

Mark was very friendly,not at all pushy. He listened to my opinions and wants vs needs. Was respectful and patient. Always answered my phone calls immediately. Always had a smile and was reassuring. Seemed genuinely happy for me to be purchasing a new vehicle.
