If I could give a zero star rating I would. I called about a car I saw online. When I went to go see the car they said that it was"potentially sold". Ironically enough I had looked at a car at Myers Honda the day before with the same situation. This appears to be a pressure tactic used to sell the car allowing the buyer to have little thought process that they train the sales staff to do this.There may be a potential sale on that car..... but don't even a little bit try to to allow these people to push you into buying a car. I walked out of both dealerships I am a serious buyer and was interested in both cars but both lost my business today.

I purchased a car from them one evening 2 months ago and had a fairly unpleasant experience! The sales associate I dealt with was good however the finance department were vultures. I was left waiting for an extended amount of time while the "evaluated" my trade-in vehicle and was only offered 500$. I later found out I could've sold my car for parts for more...that is my issue though. After agree on a price with the sales associate, and informing that I could pay out right, I was sent to a finance manager and made to believe it was in my benefit to finance the vehicle and he added a warranty, as if it was standard...An extra $4000. When I arrived home the next day I realized it was not standard and not what I wanted. The document I was made to sign had a section that was to be checked off to state that they had informed me that warranty is commission based, that was not checked off or made known to me. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was handled by a different finance person, after signing all the documents and giving payment, they refused to release the vehicle to me because they did not believe I had sufficient insurance. I even called the insurance company who assured them that my present insurance has 14 day coverage on new vehicle, which would allow me to update the insurance after the holiday weekend. I was not informed prior to that they needed to have the new insurance card. I left and had to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle AND WAS AGAIN handled by a different individual. The dealership forgot to give me all my sign documents and I had to call again the following day and request it be mailed so as not to drive there a third time. The document was on the salesman side of the glass border. This was a much longer and uncomfortable process than it should have been. I, unfortunately, now understand why people say not to go to a car dealership alone or to bring a male. p.s. I did the survey and expressed dissatisfaction with the service and was never followed up. Think hard or be prepped before attempting to by a vehicle from here

So we originally bought a used 2017 Nissan Rogue and I quickly found out I was not a Rogue person after all! I am pretty thankful that Myers Orléans Nissan has an exchange policy! I just picked up my new to me green machine (2017 Nissan Qashqui) today at lunch time!!! Much more my size, speed and style!!! And the bonus is I’ll never again lose my car in the parking lot!!! I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. They went above and beyond to get our business from the minute we walked through the door. Ivan made us feel comfortable and at ease! He most definitely knows his stuff! Mike Nasser the finance manager was amazing to work with as well! They were all so friendly and easy to talk to and amazing service! I am so glad we bought our car from Myers! I Will always recommend!!!

I would not recommend anyone to repair your vehicle in this place please please and please they are not as professional as they look my insurance company Intact send my car from Toronto to Ottawa to this shop for the repair without knowing me the car was not a big accident it was small but it took one month to get my car back they don't know the body work frame work and paint when I got my car it was not looking good as they promised me the lineup was of the pint was not good at all it looks like they paint it out side or somthing didn't cover my car and didn't do water sand afther they did blending My airbag sensor wire was not connected as I show to the manager in the in Toronto shop as soon is I got the car. Don't make mistake to take your car to this shop please.

It has been a few months since Nataly got me into my Rogue and I'm still so happy! She really went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible vehicle at the best price and made sure to listen to what our needs were. Mike in financing was incredible to work with and made the whole process seamless. I can't forget to mention the detailing team that had my car sparkling when it was delivered!
