Mathieu, and Yvan where awesome. They answered all my questions and concerns. They helped me and made product suggestions . This was by far my best experience purchasing a vehicle ever. Thanks to Mathieu and Yvan. Marc in the business office was also very helpful and very thorough explaining all the details of the small print of the purchase. While stretching for months in 2018 searching for a new vehicle that meets my need I was fortunate to find Nataly Vu Le of Myers Orleans Nissan. She was paying attention to every detail on the wish list from both the technical specifications to the pricing of the kind of vehicle I was looking for. As a result I was able to afford a Nissan Rogue with which I am happy to drive today on the road with no issue. The purchasing process went so smoothly such that essentially I didn't have to do anything but setting a date of getting the car key to own the vehicle. I also found staff at Myers Orleans Nissan was very friendly and helpful. The dealership area from showroom to parts and services waiting area is very clean, bright and well organized that I felt very comfortable browsing around. Nataly's customer care has not stopped when I drove my newly purchased Rogue off the dealership parking but continued till these days 2021 with numerous helps and advices clearly to the points whenever I need. I ranked her the best sale associate to date and will certainly make a request for her service again come time to buy my next vehicle at my now favorite Myers Orleans Nissan.

Nataly is a naturally cheerful people person. There were no pretentious sales strategies only good listening and hard work. She outlined a variety of vehicle choices and clearly explained the technical and financial details so that we could make a educated choice. Moreover, Nataly's customer satisfaction approach also applied to after purchase issues such as technical and service follow-ups, tire purchasing and storing, dasboard app follow-ups and even Sirius stuff! Nataly knows how to work with members of the team to get the very best for her customers.

This morning around 9am I was on Kijiji looking at vehicles since my car got hit by plow truck. l come across Blue 2019 Nissan Rogue AWD SL for $3000. I called right away and was told this was mistake. That vehicle was $30,000 plus taxes and other things. This evening around 9pm and found out that my buddy called about this vehicle as well and ad hadnt been updated. The manager Andrew offer to sell him the car 27,000 and then when my buddy refused that price he refused to sell any vehicle to him. He also advised it not the only mistake he has made when posting vehicles which show this isnt a mistake. this ad has been up for 29 days. this is completely false advertising and lack of care for the business. this false advertising will bring in foot traffic. l will never shop here if this is how there do business with customers.
