Your better off making the drive out to the Kanata location for any service. Any time I’ve tried to get my vehicle serviced at the Orleans location it’s always about 3 weeks for an appointment or they keep my vehicle for multiple days. Who wants to drive around for weeks when the issue could be getting worse and causing more damage? Kanata can always fit me in within a week and are much more polite. Don’t be fooled by their response, they did nothing but make the situation worse for my warranty work. Their service manager Tina was extremely rude. Servicing my vehicle is one thing but customer service is also key.

Awesome dealership! Our family just purchased our second vehicle from Myers Orleans Nissan in the last 19 months. We are extremely satisfied customers for a number of reasons. All of the staff have great interpersonal skills and are welcoming and professional. The whole process, which can be a little intimidating, was lightened with much appreciated humour. They take the time to get to know the clients. They are conscious of personal needs and budget considerations. The communication is excellent during the process and there is immediate followup post sale. Thanks this time to Colin and Andrew and the team for finding the vehicle we were looking for and completing the process in a professional and timely fashion. We will definitely be back here for future purchases.

My wife has been dreaming of the Qashqai for years. It was time to trade her Micra for something better, and we tried a Nissan dealership in Hull. Hull Nissan dealership was not interested in helping us at all. My wife told me to go at Myers Nissan in Orléans to try our luck. They listened to exactly what we wanted, and boy did they deliver. Easy breezy, not even 10 minutes have gone by and they made a sale. Special thanks to John for his incredible listening skills and professionalism. He is also bilingual and was able to serve us in French (My wife and I are French). If you live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, don't bother with any other Nissan dealerships, just go straight to Myers, you will not regret it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a «RED CARPET» experience with Myers Orleans. This is my 5th Nissan and I’ve NEVER had such an amazing experience buying or leasing a car in the past. The Sales representative James Canoy and the Sales Manager Mathieu Pigeon really listened to what I was looking for and found a way to help me buy the car of my dreams. The whole purchase experience was stress free. When I picked up my new car, James took the time to explain all the features of the Altima as well as the intelligent mobility technologies such as the ProPilot Assist which were all new to me. James even called me the day after I picked up the car to see if the drive back home went well and if I had any additional questions. This was a first for me! My experience with Marc-André LeBlanc (Financial Manager) was also extraordinary. He never rushed me, took the time to explain the financial options and I felt like he had my best interests in mind. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Since I bought my Altima I’ve been singing the praises of Myers Orleans to my family and friends. I plan on going back to Myers Orleans for my maintenance as I know I’ll be in good hands. For me Myers Orleans is synonymous to excellence. Incredible buying experience!

I visited myers nissan to buy my first car and was blown away by the service. John Arsenian was the most helpful salesperson I've ever met and guided me through the whole process. You could really feel that he cared. The whole team was great.

I Recently helped my Mother with the Purchase of a Brand New Vehicle. The sales Process was very informative, and all questions were answered thoroughly. My Mother had a fantastic experience with the entire process. There was no pressure and the dealership personnel (Ivan, Marc Andre, and Mathieu) were fantastic in trying to accommodate my mothers wants and needs and worked within her budget. I recommend this dealership for any future purchase needs. My Mom who is a Senior , felt very much at ease with her purchase. Great Job Folks. 5 Stars

A wonderful experience with Nataly Vu Le at Nissan Myers orleans. She was friendly, helpful and kind. She understood what we needed right away and made our overall purchasing experience stress free and smooth from the start to the end. We left with our car confident we can call her in case of anything, we know she’ll point us in the right direction she even introduced us to mike Nasser who also did his finance magic.
